Directions
- Lightly coat peach slices with olive oil and place on a grill or grill pan. Add fresh rosemary sprig directly to the grill surface beside the peaches to infuse flavor as they cook. Grill peaches for about 2 minutes per side, until charred and tender. Remove rosemary after grilling.
- Toast Carbonaut bread slices until crisp and golden.
- Spread cream cheese over each slice.
- Top with arugula and grilled peaches.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
For an extra kick, sprinkle with chili flakes (if you’re up for some heat!)
