Nothing screams summer like a fruity, frozen, fabulous dessert. And nothing tastes better than the homemade variety.
Enter Carbonaut’s Frozen Yogurt Bark.
Friends, this not-too-sweet treat is an atmospheric adventure for your tastebuds—while only taking 5 minutes to throw together. Layer creamy yogurt, your favourite toppings, and Zazubean Keto Chocolate, pop it into the freezer, and prepare to break bark with friends.
It’s cold. It’s creamy. It’s galactically dreamy.
And folks? It’s easy as pie—without the high net carb count.
Ingredients
Directions
- Line small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread yogurt evenly over parchment paper, about ¼ inch thick (or to your desired thickness).
- Grate lemon rind directly over the yogurt.
- Gently press granola and blueberries into the yogurt.
- Grate dark chocolate evenly over the top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, until solid.
- Break into pieces, serve, and enjoy!
Tips
-
Use whatever toppings you want or have on hand.
-
Swap out the blueberries for raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or any low-glycemic fruit that’s in season.
-
For extra richness and healthy fats, drizzle a little unsweetened nut butter—like almond or peanut butter—over the top before serving.
-
Try different flavours of yogurt for variety in taste.
-
Swap conventional yogurt for plant-based yogurt if you desire.
-
Keep frozen until ready to serve.
